How to scrape Google Jobs in 2026 (no code, API or AI agent)

Google has no public Google Jobs API, so the practical way to get Google Jobs data is a ready-made scraper. With Google Jobs Scraper on Apify you enter a job search and location, click Start, and get one row per job — title, company, location, salary, full description and apply links — in about a minute, for $2 per 1,000 jobs plus $0.03 per search.

Open Google Jobs Scraper on Apify $2 per 1,000 jobs ($1.50 on paid plans) + $0.03 per search

Step by step

  1. Create a free Apify account. Sign up at apify.com. The free plan includes $5 of monthly credit — about 2,000 Google Jobs listings with this Actor — and needs no credit card.
  2. Open Google Jobs Scraper. Go to apify.com/automationnation/google-jobs-scraper and click Try for free.
  3. Enter your searches. Add one or more job searches (e.g. "software engineer"), a location (e.g. "London") and the country. Set Max jobs per search (Google usually lists 50–300 per search).
  4. Add filters (optional). Pick Date posted, Employment type or Remote jobs only. Every job is re-checked against your filters and non-matching jobs aren't charged.
  5. Run and export. Click Start. Download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the API. The Salaries view shows parsed and yearly salaries.
  6. Automate it. Switch on "Only new jobs" and add a schedule (e.g. daily) to receive just the new postings; connect a webhook, Zapier, Make or n8n to send them to Slack, Google Sheets or your ATS.

Do it from code

Python

# pip install apify-client
from apify_client import ApifyClient

client = ApifyClient("YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN")
run = client.actor("automationnation/google-jobs-scraper").call(run_input={
  "queries": [
    "software engineer"
  ],
  "location": "New York",
  "country": "us",
  "maxJobsPerQuery": 50
})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item.get("title"), item.get("companyName"), item.get("salaryText"), item.get("applyUrl"))

REST API (cURL)

curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/automationnation~google-jobs-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=$APIFY_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"queries": ["software engineer"], "location": "New York", "country": "us", "maxJobsPerQuery": 50}'

Alternatives

Other options: SerpApi sells a Google Jobs API as a monthly subscription (free tier 250 searches/month; paid from $25/month for 1,000 searches, checked October 2026), and several other Apify Actors scrape Google Jobs at $0.81–$200 per 1,000 jobs — see the side-by-side comparison of Google Jobs scrapers. FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Google Jobs?

Google Jobs shows publicly listed job postings — business information published by employers and job boards. Scraping public data is widely practised, but you're responsible for how you use it: respect the original sites' terms and laws such as GDPR if a posting names a person.

Can I get the employer's own apply link?

Yes. Google wraps apply links in redirects; Google Jobs Scraper resolves every one to the real posting and picks the employer's own careers page as applyUrl when Google has it.

How many jobs can I get per search?

Google usually lists 50–300 jobs per search. For more coverage run several specific searches or locations; duplicates across searches are removed free.
